ความริเริ่มภายใต้สัญญา ความริเริ่มระดับภูมิภาคภายใต้อนุสัญญา : Ramsar Regional Initiatives (RRIs) ภายใต้อนุสัญญาแรมซาร์ ได้เกิดความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศในการดำเนินงานโครงการและกิจกรรมระดับภูมิภาคหลายๆ โครงการ โดยได้สร้างศูนย์แรมซาร์ระดับภูมิภาคขึ้นเพื่อเป็นศูนย์อบรมและสร้างศักยภาพให้ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง และเครือข่ายความร่วมมือแรมซาร์ระดับภูมิภาค ปัจจุบันมีการจัดตั้งศูนย์แรมซาร์ระดับภูมิภาค 4 แห่งในทวีปแอฟริกา ทวีปยุโรป ทวีปอเมริกา และทวีปเอเชียและโอเชียเนีย โดยศูนย์แรมซาร์ทั้ง 4 แห่งจะส่งเสริมความร่วมมือด้านวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคนิคและการแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ภายในภูมิภาคของตน รวมทั้งมีเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระดับภูมิภาค 15 เครือข่าย ประกอบด้วยผู้แทนจากหน่วยงานรัฐบาล ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคนิค องค์กรพัฒนาเอกชนระหว่างประเทศ ชุมชน ท้องถิ่นและบริษัทเอกชน สำหรับความร่วมมือระดับภูมิภาคในทวีปเอเชียที่มีการดำเนินงานอยู่ในปัจจุบัน มีจำนวน 5 โครงการ ดังนี้ The East Asian – Australasian Flyway Partnership (EAAFP) ความร่วมมือพันธมิตรเส้นทางการบินเอเชียตะวันออก – ออสเตรเลีย เส้นทางบินนกอพยพ (Flyway) เป็นดัชนีชี้วัดที่สำคัญที่แสดงความสมบูรณ์ของพื้นที่ชุ่มน้ำ จึงได้เกิดความร่วมมือพันธมิตรสำหรับการอนุรักษ์นกอพยพและการใช้ประโยชน์ถิ่นที่อยู่อาศัยของนกอพยพอย่างยั่งยืนในเส้นทางการบินเอเชียตะวันออก – ออสเตรเลีย (Partnership for the Conversation...Read More “” »http://wetlands.onep.go.th/assets/images/png/op_logo_1.png
